Last updated: 01/09/2026

No 31. Well Club. brings women together through community events in London. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you visit our website, book an event, subscribe to our emails or contact us.

1. Who we are

No 31. Well Club. is operated by No 31 Wellness Limited, which is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

Contact email: monument@fs8studio.co.uk
Postal address: Swatton Barn. Bradbury. SN40EU, UK
Website: no31wellclub.co.uk

2. Information we collect

We collect your name, email address, booking details and preferences when you book through Eventbrite or Cliq, subscribe to our emails or contact us.

We use this information to manage bookings, send essential event updates, answer enquiries and send marketing emails when you opt in. Booking platforms handle payments under their own privacy policies.

Our legal bases are performing our contract with you, consent for marketing and optional tracking, legal obligations for required records, and legitimate interests for customer support and security.

3. Marketing Emails

We use Klaviyo to send event news, updates and offers to subscribers. Buying a ticket does not, by itself, subscribe you to marketing.

You can unsubscribe through any marketing email or by contacting us. We may still send essential updates about an existing booking.

4. Cookies and advertising

We use Meta Pixel to advertise and measure campaign results, Google Analytics to understand website use, and Google Tag Manager to manage website tags. Depending on your choices, these tools may process device identifiers, IP addresses and browsing activity.

We ask for consent before activating optional analytics and advertising tracking. You can accept, reject or change your choices.

5. Sharing and retention

You can subscribe to our emails through our website or by choosing to receive our marketing during the booking process, where that option is available.

Our marketing emails may include upcoming events, new dates, club news and promotional offers.

We only add you to our marketing list when you have agreed to receive these emails. Buying a ticket does not, by itself, subscribe you.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us at [privacy contact email].

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any use of your information before you withdrew it.

If you unsubscribe from marketing, we may still send essential messages about an existing booking, such as venue changes, cancellations or information needed to attend.

6. Sharing and retention

We share information as needed with Eventbrite, Cliq, Klaviyo, website providers and event delivery partners. Google and Meta receive tracking information when the relevant tools are enabled.

We keep booking records for five years. We keep subscription details until you unsubscribe or they are no longer needed, and retain a minimal opt-out record to respect your choice. Other information is kept only as long as needed for its purpose and applicable legal requirements.

7. Your Rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information. You can withdraw consent and object to direct marketing at any time.

Contact monument@fs8studio.co.uk to exercise your rights. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

We may update this policy and will show the latest date above.
